I think I&#8217;m a pretty good Mom and\u00a0I usually get along with people and treat them well. As a person I am generally pretty satisfied with how I&#8217;ve turned out, but I do have a couple of things I am ashamed of and wish I could change in my life. One of those is the basis for this blog, my addiction to food. I have been on the dieting roller coaster for forty years and have lost over 100 pounds three times in my life. It&#8217;s time to stop this ride because I want to get off.
